Prezentul proiect de acreditare ca CENTRU DE EVALUARE A COMPETENȚELOR PROFESIONALE PENTRU OCUPAȚIA DE INSTALATOR PENTRU SISTEME FOTOVOLTAICE SOLARE reprezintă evaluarea competențelor profesionale în vederea angajării in posturile cheie cu detinerea unor competente tehnice generale, specifice domeniului tehnic si a competentelor cheie necesare insertiei pe piata muncii.
In urma calificarii primite un instalator panouri fotovoltaice solare detine competentele tehnice specializate pentru desfasurarea activitatilor specifice postului.
Ocupația „Instalator pentru sisteme fotovoltaice solare” (cod COR 741103), reprezintă o specializare a personalului care activează în rândul electricienilor, pentru practicarea acesteia fiind necesară calificarea prealabilă de electrician.

RESPONSIBILITATI
Viitorul angajat va desfasura urmatoarele activitati:
– Intocmire pontaje
– Centralizarea cererilor de concediu de odihna si medicale
– Intocmire dosar recuperare concedii medicale
– Intocmire adeverinte salariat/ medicale/ crestere copil
– Monitorizarea si gestionarea orelor suplimentare
– Depunere declaratii lunare
– Intocmire documente specifice dosarelor de personal
– Monitorizarea/verificarea rapoartelor de activitate
CERINTE:
– Absolvent de studii superioare in domeniul Stiinte Economice
– Curs Inspector Resurse Umane
– Minim 1 an experienta in domeniul resurselor umane (SAP si Ciel reprezinta un avantaj)
– Experienta concreta in activitatea de resurse umane
– Bune cunostinte de legislatia muncii
– Bun nivel de limba engleza
– Abilitati de analiza si planificare
– Usurinta in a intelege domeniul tehnic
– Fire comunicativa si deschisa
– Rezistenta la stres si ocazional program prelungit

The 60 day flexibility period following expiry of a training certificate is now in force until 31st December 2020 according to GWO Corona Advisory Note 7.
GWO safety training usually have a validity period of 24 months. Validity may be refreshed by attending refresher training. If the refresher training is completed within the last 60 days before expiry, validity periods are extended by 24 months. This remains in effect.

The GWO ART (Advanced Rescue Training) elevates the rescuer’s self-reliance and enables successful transport of a colleague who cannot self-evacuate, to an assembly point until professional emergency responders arrive. The modules teach entry-type casualty rescue operations in a turbine using industry standard rescue equipment, rescue methods and techniques, exceeding those of GWO Working at heights.
The GWO Slinger Signaller module will allow the delegates to be aware of the risks and hazards encountered when working with Slinger Signalling within the wind industry. Furthermore, they will be able to control and mitigate those risks and hazards.

Covid-19: Extended flexibility for refresher training

The measure does not constitute a general exemption towards employers and duty-holders to ensure employees have adequate safety competences
GWO has agreed to allow as a temporary measure until 1 June 2020 that:
Course participants unable to refresh previous training within the 24 month validity period due to COVID 19, may be able to take their planned refresher training up until 60 days after expiry.

New: Requirements for GWO training providers and certification bodies for digital learning

The requirements confirm that digital learning may be used to deliver GWO certified training The digital learning requirements are a PERMANENT initiative.
While they have been fast tracked owing to Covid-19, they will remain in place and be incorporated into the GWO Requirements for Certification Bodies and Training Providers.
The COVID-19 pandemic crisis will change the way to work and live. For the wind industry, the crisis is likely to vastly increase use of digital learning technologies.

GWO encourages stakeholders to join us next week for a webinar providing details of the new standard
The COVID-19 viral pandemic has caused widespread disruption globally and has, in many regions, prevented technicians from attending GWO refresher training leading to a safety risk imposed through skills and knowledge fade within the wind industry.
GWO’s answer to the crisis includes the new BSTR-P Standard and the Digital Learning Requirements, which support also the training providers digital efforts in offering training solutions while respecting social distancing.

The Audit and Compliance committee have investigated a claim of sexual discrimination at a GWO certified Training Provider. The investigation did not support the claim, but has prompted the Audit & Compliance Committee to develop a Code of Conduct. 
The Code of Conduct defines the basic requirements placed by GWO Steering Committee on GWO’s Secretariat concerning their responsibilities towards employees, colleagues, Delegates, members, Training Providers, other stakeholders and the environment.
These requirements reflect also GWOs expectations towards our primary stakeholders (Members, Certified Training Providers and Certification Bodies).
The Code of Conduct can be read here and will be included in an upcoming update to the Criteria for Training Providers.
