This Privacy Policy describes the collection, use and disclosure of personal data by Wind Power Energy as the main data controller. Wind Power Energy “we or “us” means the parent company, or any of its subsidiaries, joint ventures and affiliated companies in the Wind Power Energy, details of which can be found on the Wind Power Energy websites.

The Wind Power Energy website uses Facebook Pixel, a web analytics service provided by Facebook that helps analyze the use of the site. For this purpose, Facebook Pixel uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer.

Under the terms of use of Facebook Pixel, Facebook will not associate the IP address of users with any other Facebook-owned data.

You can control and / or delete cookies as you wish. You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and you can configure most browsers to prevent them from being placed.

For how long will we store your personal data.

How long we will hold your personal data for will vary and will be determined by the following criteria: the purpose for which we are using it (as further described in this policy) – we will need to keep the data for as long as is necessary for that purpose; and legal obligations – laws or regulations may set a minimum period for which we have to keep your personal data.

Your rights.

You have the right to gain access to the data processed about you. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to rectify the data processed if relevant. Please note that Wind Power Energy may not always be obliged to comply with such a request.
